Shipping and Delivery

Your purchases will be shipped directly to your specified address via USPS. It will either be in a padded envelope or box, depending on the size of your order. They will be delivered to your door and be left outside if the door is unanswered. For small packages able to fit into your mailbox, they will be left there. If you have a PO box, it will be left there unless the package is too big. Then you need to go to the desk to receive your package.

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, returns are accepted. Contact support@apothicare.com to explain why you are returning the product. You will need to pay for shipping to ship it back to us, along with a small handling fee.

 

Exchanges

If you are looking to exchange your product due to shipping mishaps or other factors, exchanges are accepted. Contact support@apothicare.com to explain why you are requesting an exchange for the product. You will need to pay for shipping to ship it back to us, along with a small handling fee.

A: “Non-nano” and “nano” refer to the size of the particles of zinc oxide. The range for “non-nano” is 100 nanometers (nm) or greater, while “nano” zinc oxide is typically 10-20 nm in size. Non-nano zinc oxide sunscreen is a much safer option to use because it means that the zinc oxide particles will not enter into your bloodstream or lungs.
